Downstairs toilet was plugged up.
Pablo came in and routed the backup then decided run a camera check.
Camera check discovered roots and 2 breaks/offsets between the house and the street.
Pablo then made a more thorough inspection and survey of the lines to provide me with a quote to replace/repair the entire line.
Quote was very reasonable for the scope of work that needed to be performed.
They even tied my secondary line from my guest room extension into the new main line as part of the work and installed a new main clean out in the front yard (previous one was in an interior closet).
The work was completed in 4 days and Drain Doctors only had to dig in a 5x5 area of my yard to replace the whole line and complete the additional work.
When the work was complete they cleaned up the whole area and replaced the sod. The front yard area barely shows that a major line replacement/repair took place.
Highly recommend for price, efficiency and quality of work.

Drain Dr was the first contractor I've dealt with in a really long time that left me feeling 100% confident in their work and the integrity of their business.
Noticed a leak coming through the stucco of our entryway ceiling. Called Drain Dr and they came out same day. From the start, they were very educational and consultative about our options. Never did we feel pressured to move forward. Always felt like they had our best interest in mind. Turned out to be a leak from the bathtub drain which resulted in some structural rotting. Drain Dr came back the next day and fixed everything.
On top of resolving the issue at hand, they conducted a free diagnostic checkup of our entire house. They caught a massively corroded angle stop in a guest bathroom and was able to replace same day, potentially saving us from a major disaster.
Bottom line: These guys are pros and I won't be using anyone else in the future. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. Highly recommend.

We hired Drain Doctor to fix a drain and plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They fixed the problem by replacing the old pipes and addressed the drain/plumbing issues for long term.

They also helped us renovate our bathroom. We were really skeptical about using their services for bathroom renovation, but we could not be more happier. They had the skills and expertise to do the great job.

Ben was fantastic every step of the way through a multi-day job at our rental property. He responded quickly to our tenants and ensured immediate steps were taken (quite late in the day) to enable them to stay in the house and use the plumbing. His team returned early every subsequent day to investigate the root cause, make significant progress, and complete the job. He was in frequent communication with me, given I couldn't be onsite, with pictures & video to explain what he was finding and offer repair options for short- and long-term fixes.
He was upfront about costs, including pricing increases for supplies that he had estimated from prior experience, which enabled me to prepare for a significant job to be completed with the confidence I had all the facts. We have some projects we want to budget for & some upgrades and some repairs so we called upon Ben . These guys are great! I had a rusty shower drain I knew was bad. After I opened the floor up, I could tell all of the under slab drain lines for the bathroom needed replacing. I called Drain Doctors and got a quote from Ben. They scheduled me, showed up, replaced all of the sewer pipes under the slab, placed a new slab, cleaned up and left. The crew was very respectful and courteous too. I also felt the price was reasonable. They quoted me three days and they finished on time.
